Now with using this Tumblr button you can drive users to your Tumblr blog from any other website with a simple click!

Mail Button.

Hi!
Here is my new cool Mail button that you can use on your website to allow visitors to send you emails with a simple click! You can download the images below for free and add the one you prefer to your own blog or website:

Mail button 120x120

Mail button 120x120

Mail button 70x70

Mail button 70x70

The instructions that you need to follow in order to add a mailto HTML command to the button image can be found on the W3school website. The general HTML code to use to open the visitor’s default email client (Outlook ,Mail, Thunderbird etc.) to allow him/her to send an email to the email address someone@gmail.com is the following:

<a href="mailto:someone@gmail.com?subject=Hello%20Friend"> Send Mail </a>

Note: in the subject field, spaces between words should be replaced by %20 to ensure that the browser will display your text properly.

Once you have uploaded the button image to your own website (or some third party hosting like Twitpic or imageshack) simply get the link to the location where the image is and add the mailto HTML code as in the following example:

<a href="mailto:someone@gmail.com?subject=Hello%20Friend"><img src="http://your_website_address.com/images/Mail_button.png" alt="Mail button" /></a>

Note. Remember to change  from the previous HTML code: 1. the someone@gmail.com address with your own email address; 2. the subject to what you would like to receive as subject and 3. the link to the location where your button image is hosted.

Enjoy and please leave feedback! ;)

RSS reader button.

Here is an RSS reader button done with Photoshop CS2 and that you can use on your website or blog to drive users to your RSS reader!

RSS (“Really Simple Syndication”) is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated works, as for example news headlines, blog entries, video, audio, etc. An RSS document (also called a “feed”) includes full or summarized text and benefits publishers by letting them broadcast their content automatically. They benefit readers as well since they can subscribe to updates from their favorite websites and aggregate feeds from different websites into one place.

RSS feeds can be read using software called an “RSS reader”, “feed reader”, or “aggregator”, which can be web / desktop / mobile based. An example of RSS reader is Google reader.

Here are the 120×120 and 70×70 pixels versions of the RSS reader button with a transparent background that you can place on any background color of your website:

RSSReader button 120x120

RSSReader button 120x120

RSSReader button 70x70

RSSReader button 70x70

Buttons are free to grab but please leave some feedback if you are using it! ;)

Digg button.

Here is my Digg button that you can use to promote your Digg profile outside the online community. This button is from my collection of Social Networking buttons!

Digg is a social news website where people can share and discover content from the Internet. On Digg users can submit links and stories and at same time also vote and comment on already submitted links and stories. Positive and negative voting stories are called digging and burying. Even though many links get submitted every day, only the most positively voted (dugg) stories appear on the homepage.

Here are then my 120×120 and 70×70 pixels Digg button:

DeviantART button.

Here is my DeviantART button that you can use to promote your DeviantART profile outside the online community. This button is from my collection of Social Networking buttons!

DeviantART is an online community known worldwide where artists (users!) can publish their artworks. In that sense, DeviantART is therefore the place where any artist can exhibit and discuss works. Works are organized in an easy category structure, that includes photography, digital art, traditional art, website layouts and interfaces, literature, even skins for applications and many others. DeviantART provides also downloadable resources such as tutorials and stock photography. You can also order prints of the artworks you like. The DeviantART mascot is “Fella,” a small robotic cat character!

Here are then my 120×120 and 70×70 pixels DeviantART button:

Skype button.

Here is a Skype button (another from my Social networking buttons collection) that you can use on your website, blog or even in your email signature to let other people contact you easily!

Skype is a software application that allows users to make voice calls over the Internet. Calls to other users of the service and, in some countries, to free-of-charge numbers, are free, while calls to other landlines and mobile phones can be made for a fee. Additional features include instant messaging, file transfer and video conferencing.
Curiosity: An initial name for the project was “Sky peer-to-peer”, abbreviated then to “Skyper”. Since domain names associated with “Skyper” were already taken, they decided to drop the “r” and change it to “Skype”.

Here is as usual the 120×120 and 70×70 pixels versions of my Skype button:

Skype button 120x120 transparent background

Skype button 120x120 transparent background

Skype button 70x70 transparent background

Please leave feedback if you like it or you are gonna use it.
thanks!
