Hi!
I want to share with you some very attractive Social Networking buttons that I did and that you may find useful if you want to drive traffic to your social networking websites like Facebook, TwitterFoursquare, Instagram, Vimeo, Pinterest, for Email, Linkedin, Flickr, LastFM, YouTube, Skype, TumblrDeviantART!

MilkAddict social networking buttons are available in two sizes, 120×120 pixels and 70×70 pixels. They are round buttons, all of the same size and style, so that they would match if you would use them together on your website! Most of them are built on a transparent background in order for them to look attractive on whatever website, no matter what background color you chose for it.

Here are all my Social Networking buttons which come in two flavors, 120×120 and 70×70 pixels:

I hope you like my social networking buttons! I built a zip package so that you can download them all here:

Instructions

Due to the number of requests received, I’ll also explain here briefly how to use the buttons on your website:

  1. Upload the button image to the server where your website is hosted (or to a 3d party service as Twitpic).
  2. Get the URL of the image, that is the link to the image location.
  3. If you use Twitpic, after you upload the image you can click on “Put this photo on your website” and you’ll get the following code:
    <a title="Twitter button 120x120 pixels - MilkAddict on Twitpic" href="http://twitpic.com/1ebqu7"><img src="http://twitpic.com/show/thumb/1ebqu7.png" alt="Twitter button 120x120 pixels - MilkAddict on Twitpic" width="150" height="150" /></a>

You can modify this for use on your website. You need to set the image size to for example 120×120 instead of 150×150 and to change the link of the image to your own twitter account. Here is an example with my Twitter account link:

    <a title="MilkAddict Twitter account" href="http://twitter.com/milkaddict"><img src="http://twitpic.com/show/thumb/1ebqu7.png" alt="Twitter button 120x120 pixels - MilkAddict on Twitpic" width="120" height="120" /></a>
  4. In case you host the imageon your own website simply get the link to the location where the image is and add the link to your twitter account. Again it will look like this:
    <a title="MilkAddict Twitter account" href="http://twitter.com/milkaddict"><img src="http://your_website_address.com/images/button.png" alt="Twitter button" /></a>
  5. Include the html code above in the place on your website where you want the button to appear!

Enjoy and please leave feedback! ;)

  11. How do I make these buttons work?

  12. Hi!
Hi! It depends where you want to add the button exactly! In general, you need to download the image from here, upload it somewhere and get the link to the image, e.g. : http://thewebsiteaddress.com/images/example.png.

To make it work as a button, you want to add a link to the image so that people will go to your twitter account when they click it.
Hence, you should use this kind of code:
    :)

  27. Hey could you PLEASE make a Blogger button? I love all your buttons and used alot of the my my website and all i need is a Blogger button!

  28. Thanks the buttons are great. I used them on my blog and I like them because they are clean and simple. I have a small problem that may be an easy fix for anyone with more HTML knowledge. I want to use the email button and link it so that when clicked, the user can send me an email. I am using Blogger and I figure that I have to create an HTML gadget but I don’t know how. Any suggestions?

  35. Hey Adriano, the collection looks very nice.
Do you have a Vimeo Button in the works, i’d like to use a set but can’t without that critical ‘V’
    Cheers

  36. Hi! Thanks a lot :) I will try to make a Vimeo one next week!

  37. When I download the zip I only get square buttons.. not these circular ones..?

  38. Good that you managed to find them! In the zip there are many buttons, they are actually created on a transparent background, therefore even though they may look squared, once you use them on some website you should be able to see only the round button :)

  39. Hey there! Finally, I just finished also the Vimeo button! I hope you like it.. check it out here! :)

  40. Hi,

I love your buttons and you once added FourSquare for me. Now I am going to give Pinterest a try. I have their square logo with your pretty buttons on my site and it doesn’t match :) . When you have a chance, could you add Pinterest?

    Regards,

    Jen
And I have you in my Blogroll with button credits!

  41. Hi! sure I will try to come up with a Pinterest button soon! I thought about it as well but I didn’t have any time so far :) and thanks for the credits!
